Shipment
Shipping within Switzerland is handled by Swiss Post. The shipping method is selected based on the size and scope of the order. All available shipping options include tracking.
Delivery time
Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom-made jewelry pieces or gift boxes may require additional processing time depending on the level of customization.

Undeliverable shipments
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable delivery address, or if it is not collected on time and is therefore returned to NEYLA ÉTOILE, the customer shall bear the resulting additional shipping and return costs.
Reshipment will occur after we receive the returned package and confirm the correct delivery address. Any additional shipping costs will be calculated before the reshipment.
If the non-delivery is due to an error on the part of NEYLA ÉTOILE, of course no additional shipping costs will be incurred.
