To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for a long time, I recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume or other care products as much as possible.Ideally, put on your jewelry only after perfume, creams or other care products have completely been absorbed or dried.Also, keep your jewelry as dry and protected as possible when you're not wearing it.

Yes, custom orders are possible. We will discuss your wishes regarding gemstones, colors, pendants, or design.Depending on the complexity and material requirements, production may take some time. I will, of course, inform you of the approximate duration beforehand.

The return policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in perfect condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, I will send you an email to inform you and clarify the situation. I will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If the refund is approved, it will be issued as a replacement item, a voucher, or a full refund of the order value. Please contact me beforehand so I can provide you with the return address.Important: Please include your return address and email address on the return shipment and enclose the invoice or delivery note. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

As long as the item hasn't been shipped, you have the option to cancel your order. I usually ship within 24 hours. Please contact me here with the subject line "Cancellation of my order." I will then cancel your order and refund your money. Please be sure to include your name and the name of the bracelet. If your order has already been shipped, you can, of course, exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving it.

You have a 6-month warranty. The item will only be replaced if the damage was not caused by your own negligence. Each case will be reviewed. I will inform you whether I will replace the bracelet after inspection. Lost jewelry will not be replaced. Please send me your defective piece of jewelry, or at least a part of it, along with your proof of purchase.
