Yes, custom orders are possible. We will discuss your wishes regarding gemstones, colors, pendants, or design.Depending on the complexity and material requirements, production may take some time. I will, of course, inform you of the approximate duration beforehand.

An order can be changed until it is shipped. Please contact me if you wish to do so.

Your order will be processed on the day of order and is usually shipped the following day.

The return policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in perfect condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, I will send you an email to inform you and clarify the situation. I will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If the refund is approved, it will be issued as a replacement item, a voucher, or a full refund of the order value. Please contact me beforehand so I can provide you with the return address.Important: Please include your return address and email address on the return shipment and enclose the invoice or delivery note. As long as the item hasn't been shipped, you have the option to cancel your order. I usually ship within 24 hours. Please contact me here with the subject line "Cancellation of my order." I will then cancel your order and refund your money. Please be sure to include your name and the name of the bracelet. You have a 6-month warranty. The item will only be replaced if the damage was not caused by your own negligence. Each case will be reviewed. I will inform you whether I will replace the bracelet after inspection. Lost jewelry will not be replaced. Please send me your defective piece of jewelry, or at least a part of it, along with your proof of purchase.
