Since all jewelry pieces are made with great care and some are individually crafted, there is generally no right of return.
Adjustment for incorrect size.
If, after purchase, it turns out that the size is not a perfect fit, you can send your piece of jewelry back for adjustment within 14 days of receipt.
Requirements:
The item is unworn.
The item is in its original condition.
A flat fee of CHF 10.00 is charged for restringing. For more elaborate pieces of jewelry, the fee can be up to CHF 15.00.
Shipping costs for returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
