I can create custom bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and mala necklaces for you. Together, we’ll tailor the design to your preferences and the available materials.

Can I choose the gemstones and colors myself?
Yes. You can let me know your preferences regarding gemstones, colors, bead size, shape, and other details. If you don’t have a specific idea yet, I’d be happy to advise you on the design. Which requests can be fulfilled depends on the availability of the respective materials.

Can I request a specific pendant or special details?
Yes. If you’d like a specific pendant or certain details, you can indicate this on the request form. I’ll then check whether the desired pendant or a suitable element is available. Not every request can be guaranteed at all times.

How do I determine the right size?
For bracelets, please provide me with your measured wrist circumference. Please don’t add any extra length yourself—I’ll account for the appropriate allowance during production.

The price depends on the desired piece of jewelry, the gemstones and materials used, and the effort required for production. You can specify your desired budget in the inquiry form. After reviewing your requests, I’ll discuss the options and price with you before your piece is crafted.

How long does it take to create a custom piece?
The production time depends on the desired piece and the availability of the necessary materials. Special requests or rare materials may require more time. We’ll clarify the estimated timeframe together before production begins.

Can I return or cancel a custom-made piece of jewelry?
Custom-made or personalized pieces of jewelry are excluded from voluntary returns.

Cancellation is only possible as long as production has not yet begun. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
