All jewelry pieces offered are crafted by hand with great care. As these are handmade products, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur.

Custom-made products are produced according to customer specifications and are coordinated as far as possible before production.

3rd Prizes
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices valid at the time of ordering apply.

4. Ordering and conclusion of contract
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed.

For custom-made items, implementation only takes place after consultation and confirmation.

5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website.

The production of individual jewelry pieces or gift boxes can only begin after payment has been received.

6th delivery
Delivery will be made to the specified address.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, especially for custom-made jewelry or gift boxes.

Delays due to material procurement or individual design are possible.

7. Cancellation and Return
Custom-made products are non-returnable.

For standard products, a return is possible after prior agreement, provided the goods are unworn and in their original condition.

8. Liability
No liability is accepted for damage caused by improper use, wear and tear or external influences.
