RIGHT OF RETURN

Return and adjustment policy

NEYLA ÉTOILE does not offer an official right of return. However, if it turns out after purchase that the arm circumference was measured incorrectly, you can return your jewelry within 14 days of the purchase date—under the following conditions:

    The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

    A flat fee of CHF 5.00 will be charged for restringing the jewelry.

Please note:
All shipping costs for returns—even within Switzerland—are to be borne in full by the customer.

The following items are excluded from return:

    Gift certificates

    Sale items (including discounted items)
