Your order will be processed on the day of your order and shipped the following day via A-Post.

An order can be changed until it is shipped. Please contact us to do so

As long as the item hasn't been shipped yet, you have the option to cancel your order. We usually ship within 24 hours. Please contact us here with the subject "Cancellation of my order." We will then cancel your order and refund your money. Please be sure to include your name and the name of the bracelet. If your order has already been shipped, you can of course exercise your right of cancellation after receiving it.

The right of return is valid for 30 days after the date of purchase. The goods must be unused and in perfect condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you and clarify the issue. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, your requested refund will be issued in the form of a replacement item, a voucher, or a refund of the total order value. Please contact us in advance so we can provide you with the address where you can send it. Important: Please provide a sender name, including your email address, on the return shipment and enclose the invoice or delivery note. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can enter your discount code during checkout before clicking "Checkout." The discount will be deducted directly from the total amount.

You have a 1-year warranty. The item will only be replaced if it was not your fault. Each case will be reviewed. We will let you know whether we will replace the bracelet after inspection. If the piece of jewelry is lost, it will not be replaced. Please send us your defective piece of jewelry, or at least part of it, along with your receipt.

The vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Yes, of course. Whether it's a different color, a special pendant, etc., I'll try to fulfill your every wish. Sometimes it takes time if I have to find something special, like a pendant, but usually the wait is worth it, and I'll let you know in advance how long it will take (usually 2-3 days to check with my various suppliers).
