The sacral chakra, also called Svadhisthana, is the second of the seven main chakras and is located directly above the root chakra. It is the center of our emotions, creativity, sensuality, and inner flow. Like a life-giving river, a harmonious sacral chakra brings joy, pleasure, and lightness to our existence.
